How to automatic configure outlook using powershell?

I want to configure the outlook on user's client,like exchange server
address,user's mail profile and users' pst file.How to use powershell do
this? Can I do it remotely?

i think the best way would be to create/customize a prf file and apply it
afterwards.

It's a good idea, I creat a new PRF file followed your instruction and it
works good, but, how to do this by using powershell? Can com component
outlook.application do this?
